Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes. Any pre-existing AI models or software components remain the property of their respective owners.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, including business data used for AI training or system integration. Clients must maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary information, methodologies, and technical implementations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furtherfox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from AI model predictions, system integration outcomes, or software performance.

8. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
