I spent 18 years at a Nashville agency I helped grow from three people to fifty. We worked with dozens of professional services firms. Then as Chief Product Officer at an AI startup, I built systems that are still running in production across multiple markets.
My first AI deployment was for a law firm. I built KrisLegal, a managed AI platform that connects to their case management system and produces real work product. It cut their document production time by more than half. Now I do the same for other businesses, custom to their operation.
